{"id":116459,"date":"2026-10-08T07:24:57","date_gmt":"2026-10-08T06:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irbcatsud.cat\/irb-catsud-incorporates-the-voice-of-users-to-define-the-waiting-room-of-the-future-uic\/"},"modified":"2026-10-08T07:24:57","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T06:24:57","slug":"irb-catsud-incorporates-the-voice-of-users-to-define-the-waiting-room-of-the-future-uic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irbcatsud.cat\/en\/irb-catsud-incorporates-the-voice-of-users-to-define-the-waiting-room-of-the-future-uic\/","title":{"rendered":"IRB CatSud incorporates the voice of users to define the waiting room of the future UiC"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\"><span dir=\"auto\">The Institute collects needs and proposals from volunteer patients from the Cancer League of the Tarragona and Terres de l&#8217;Ebre Counties in a participatory co-creation session<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Representatives of the future <\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Clinical Research Unit (UiC) of the IRB CatSud<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> , an infrastructure funded by the <\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Carlos III Health Institute<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> and with the support of the <\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Tarragona Provincial Council<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> , met this Tuesday, September 15, with the president of the <\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Cancer League of the Counties of Tarragona and Terres de l&#8217;Ebre<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\"> , Agustina Sirgo, and with volunteer patients to co-design the waiting room of the new infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The initiative is part of the desire to bring the UiC project closer to the public, an infrastructure that will facilitate access to clinical trials for people in the Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l&#8217;Ebre.
