The Hospital Universitari Joan XXIII of Tarragona is a
public hospital belonging to the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS). Its mission is
to provide excellent care to the population while teaching and doing research in the field of health in Tarragona.
We have the headquarters of the IRB CatSud in the premises of the old cafeteria.
The Hospital Universitari de Tortosa Verge de la Cinta (HTVC) is the hospital
of reference in the Terres de l’Ebre. Belongs to the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS).
The Hospital Universitari Sant Joan de Reus has the expertise
and the technological endowment needed to give the best
service to each user. Thus, it is ready to be referenced in
certain specialties such as oncology, bariatric surgery, surgery
plastic and reconstructive, vascular medicine or thoracic surgery, all bearing
very present his university vocation.
In this hospital, the headquarters of the IRB CatSud are located in the offices accessed through the door just behind the Admissions/Customer Service desk (floor 0 – E1 orange).
The Hospital Universitari Institut Pere Mata (Reus) is part of the Institut Pere Mata, a mental health services entity that manages a wide network of devices in the public system of Catalonia: from the specialized services of the ambulatory network for adults and for children and young people under 18, up to hospitalization and other specialist resources.
