OBJECTIUS

El grup de recerca en neurociències clíniques, Tarraco Grup de recerca en Neurociències clíniques, treballa en el camp de les malalties neurològiques, incloent les malalties neurovasculars, les neuroinflamatòries i les neurodegeneratives. Els objectius del grup de recerca són:

Estudiar les diferents malalties que afecten al sistema nerviós.

Col·laborar en projectes que aportin valor al diagnòstic, pronòstic i prevenció de les malalties neurològiques.

Fer divulgació científica de les patologies que afecten el sistema nerviós dins del nostre territori.

  • Malalties neurovasculars, el grup treballa en diferents projectes clínics per estudiar el diagnòstic, pronòstic i maneig agut dels pacients amb ictus isquèmics o hemorràgics, biomarcadors de la malaltia, ateromatosi i predictors clínics de fibril·lació auricular.
  • Neuroimmunologia. El grup de recerca col·labora en la xarxa catalana de l’esclerosi múltiple, així com en assajos clínics internacionals.
  • Malalties neurodegeneratives. Aquesta línia està centrada en la recerca de biomarcadors predictius de la malaltia d’Alzheimer així com en l’estudi de neuroimatges en diferents patologies neurodegeneratives.
  • Epilèpsia i malalties neuromusculars.
