Introduction

This update symposium aims to review the latest developments and advances in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, with particular emphasis on new therapeutic strategies, personalized treatments, and advances in thoracic oncology.

The session will provide an opportunity to explore new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, innovative treatments, and the challenges associated with their clinical application, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and experiences among healthcare professionals.

 

Objective of the Symposium

To update knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer by reviewing the latest advances in immunotherapy, targeted therapies, molecular biomarkers, and other innovative therapeutic strategies.

To explore the clinical applications of these treatments, the criteria for selecting different therapeutic options, and the challenges involved in managing patients with lung cancer, while promoting discussion and knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals.
