IRB CatSud Training Unit
Presentation:
Gender-sensitive team management is a key element in promoting more equal, inclusive and discrimination-free working environments.
This training course provides tools and knowledge to identify how gender biases and stereotypes can influence team management, professional relationships, communication and decision-making.
Throughout the session, concepts related to socialisation and structural gender inequalities will be addressed, as well as the invisible barriers and indirect discrimination that may arise in the workplace. Through practical cases, participants will be able to analyse situations related to team management and reflect on strategies for incorporating a gender perspective into their professional practice.
